DERYA DURMAZ
Derya Durmaz is a writer - director - actress and producer. With CUBU Film, she co-produced her own award winning short films ZIAZAN and MOTHER VIRGIN NO MORE (Gri Bölge), produced her short films WILL YOU COME WITH ME?, CIRCUMCISION and CONFINED and Andreas Flack's short films AKIKO and THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT.
In 2021 and 2022, she wrote - directed - performed and produced the interdisciplinary performance projects THE FALLEN GENDER and DDS! Discipline, Dominance, Submission, funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and Media Neustart Kultur Stepping Out Programme and BBK Bundesverband (Federal Association of Visual Artists) "Innovative Arts Project Fund”.
ANDREAS FLACK
Andreas Flack is a collaborator of Cubu Film. He is a Berlin based director - editor who studied Theater, Political Science, IT and Film Studies. He has made many short films among which are ‘Terminal’ which participated in the Tampere Film Festival and ‘Mordechai’ which competed at Near Nazareth Festival, Big Bear Film Summit and New Cinema Lisbon Monthly Film Festival. He also is a coder who established his own IT company while he was studying at university.
